Hygeia Life Systems — calm, intelligent care for ten chronic conditions.

Hygeia Life Systems is a multilingual digital platform that supports patients, clinicians, caregivers and administrators through every step of chronic-disease management. Three flagship dashboards (diabetes, heart, mental wellbeing) sit alongside full support for hypertension, chronic kidney disease, obesity, COPD & asthma, cancer survivorship, dementia and musculoskeletal pain.

Where Hygeia fits. Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, NHS.uk, MedlinePlus, CDC, WHO, Healthline, WebMD, Verywell Health and Harvard Health are content libraries — they tell you about a condition. MyFitnessPal, Noom and Headspace are single-vertical apps — calorie tracking, weight coaching, meditation. Hygeia is a management platform that sits alongside them: patients log their own data, clinicians supervise a panel of patients, caregivers stay in the loop, and administrators run the whole service under their own branding. It is closer in architecture to Epic MyChart than to a content site, but covers ten chronic conditions in one place rather than one vertical at a time.
